  6. Blend well
  7. Place tofu
  8. Mushrooms and bell pepper in a bowl

  10. Stir gently to coat veges well
  11. Chill at least 1 hour
  12. But use within 3 days
  13. To serve
  14. Placed lettuce leaves on chilled serving plates
  15. Top them evenly with salad
  16. Garnish with fresh cilantro
