well, at least that is what my youngest kid called it. serve this with fruit, graham cracker sticks or if you are really daring, i had some on the end of cheese straws. very easy and will certainly impress your guests. this does have to chill 2 hours before serving.

i have no idea where i found this. i was looking for a recipe for chicken breast, not my favorite part of the bird, and while i was flipping through my folder, i found this. i had previously typed it up, which means that i had made it, and enjoyed it.

this is a really good comfort meal for busy nights. it takes 60 minutes to be done completely, but a lot of that time is passively spent just waiting around for it to be baked in the oven! (suggestion: have a nice glass of red wine while you're waiting!)
