superb salmon loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray a 4" x 8" loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray
  3. In a large bowl combine together salmon
  4. Egg
  5. Bread cubes
  6. And powder milk
  7. Mix until completely combined
  8. Add in bell pepper
  9. Onion
  10. Lemon juice
  11. Lemon zest
  12. Dried basil
  13. Parsley
  14. Dry mustard
  15. And celery seed
  16. Mix until thoroughly together
  17. Add in salt and pepper to taste
  18. Spoon mixture into prepared pan
  19. Press in pan gently with the back of a spoon
  20. Bake
  21. Uncovered
  22. 1 hour
  23. Or until to p of loaf is golden
  24. Let stand 5 minutes
  25. Then remove loaf to a serving plate
