Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400f
  2. Combine all liquid ingredients in a medium-sized bowl
  3. Add the baking powder
  4. Whisk thoroughly
  5. Add in the cinnamon and nutmeg
  6. Ensuring homogeneity
  7. Add the oats
  8. For moister muffins
  9. Add an extra 1 / 4 cup milk at this point
  10. Spoon the batter into a greased muffin pan
  11. Bake for 20-30 minutes
  12. Or until the centers have solidified
  13. Makes 12 small to medium sized muffins
