this is a very easy, delicious peanut butter fudge, using only two ingredients. it is very rich though. always a hit at get-togethers. hope you enjoy it!

had never heard of johnny marzetti until recently stumbling on his recipe in some newspaper website. actually, research shows marzetti's restaurant in columbus, ohio was the source of this great comfort food dish back in the 20's (..is it still there?). h
this recipe was highly recommended to me by a coworker. it comes from the toronto humane society's vegetarian cookbook. don't be put off by the crust. it simply involves combining the ingredients and pressing into a pie plate.
these were a happy accident! i didn't have enough carrots so i had to use shredded apple. they turned out delish. in between a cookie and a scone. soft and cake like. plus-your house will smell delightful!!
finally, a way to get even your pickiest eaters to eat their spinach! this is a filling and quick casserole that can easily be made low fat if you use ground turkey and low-fat cheese. serve with a green salad and some french bread and dinner is served!
