  1. In a dutch oven over medium heat
  2. Cook first 4 ingredients until the meat is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender
  3. Drain
  4. Add the next 10 ingredients
  5. Mix well
  6. Simmer
  7. Uncovered
  8. For 35-40 minutes
  9. Stirring occasionally
  10. Spoon 1 / 2 cup meat mixture onto each bun
