move over viagra! chocolate, berries, honey, with creamy richness will do the job! what is not to love with this delicious dessert. layered with a hidden layer of decadent chocolate topped with a creaminess and then berries glazed upon with raspberry and honey then crowned with pecans. this can be made in a tart or pie pan.

Steps

  1. Crust:
  2. Prepare pie crust in a tart or pie pan
  3. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  4. Prick pie crust and cover with foil or wax paper topping with weights
  5. Baking for 10 minutes
  6. Chocolate layer:
  7. Melt chocolate and butter together to blend
  8. Spread melted chocolate over bottom of baked pie shell
  9. Chill
  10. Creamy cheese filling:
  11. Beat cream cheese with whipping cream
  12. Sugar
  13. Brandy
  14. And vanilla
  15. Spread over chocolate
  16. Chill 2-4 hours
  17. Glaze:
  18. Combine honey and preserves bring to a boil then reduce and simmer 5-10 minutes to reduce
  19. Chill
  20. Arrange strawberries cut side down on cream
  21. Arrange pecans along the sides around the strawberries
  22. Brush berries and pecans with glaze
  23. Refrigerate until ready to serve
  24. When slicing be sure to go through the chocolate and crust layers
