  1. Mix flour and salt
  2. Add starter mixing well
  3. Add cool water slowly and mix well
  4. Knead for 8-10 minutes
  5. Place in a large well oiled bowl
  6. Cover tightly with plastic and place in fridge overnight
  7. Remove from fridge and let warm to room temperature-about 2-3hours
  8. Divide into baugettes
  9. Place on oiled baking sheet
  10. Let rise another 2-4hours
  11. Score tops with sharp knife
  12. Preheat oven to 500
  13. Place a pan with water in oven to make it steamy
  14. Place sheet in oven and spray walls of oven 3 times
  15. Every 30 seconds
  16. Bake at 500 for 20-30 minutes
  17. Checking after 15 minutes to see if the loaves need to be moved to cook evenly
