  1. Pour all teriyaki sauce ingredients in a pan
  2. Stir the mixture well
  3. Put the pan on low heat and simmer for a couple of minutes
  4. Remove from the heat and cool the mixture
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan or flat grill until very hot and stir-fry the first four vegetables for 2 minutes
  6. Add spring onions
  7. Bean sprouts
  8. And mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes
  9. Add remaining ingredients
  10. Seasonings
  11. And teriyaki sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute
  12. Serve and enjoy
