Steps

  1. Heat griddle to about 350 degrees
  2. Oil griddle with soybean oil
  3. Place shrimp on the griddle and saute about 3 minutes on each side
  4. Add garlic butter and soy sauce and continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes longer
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
  6. Squeeze juice from half a lemon over the shrimp
  7. Remove from the griddle
