  1. Cook rice according to package directions
  2. In a large skillet melt butter
  3. Add onions
  4. Carrots and scallions
  5. Saute until carrots are translucent
  6. Set aside

  8. Place sesame seeds in a shallow pan
  9. Bake until golden brown
  10. Shaking pan occasionally for even color
  11. Lightly grease another skillet
  12. Beat eggs and pour into hot skillet
  13. Cook as you would scrambled eggs
  14. Combine rice
  15. Vegetables
  16. Sesame seeds and eggs
  17. Add soy sauce and stir
  18. Salt and pepper to taste
