Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400f
  2. Remove oven racks & spray them with oil
  3. Wash potatoes & slice them lengthwise into sticks 1 / 2″
  4. Thick or crosswise into rounds 1 / 3″
  5. Thick
  6. Transfer to a baking pan & spray well with oil
  7. Add seasonings & toss to coat
  8. Place the rounds in a single layer on the oven racks
  9. Place the racks in the centre of the oven
  10. Bake until the potatoes are tender
  11. With a deep

  13. About 20 to 25 minutes
  14. Serve piping hot
