ben s totally awesome baked haddock


this recipe is super easy and guaranteed to 'wow' your family. lots of flavor! you can put it together in no time...and it goes great with white rice and a green vegetable. most of the ingredients can be substituted with similar ingredients you have around the kitchen.

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Stir together mayonaise
  3. Yellow mustard
  4. Brown mustard
  5. Garlic powder
  6. Parsley
  7. And green onions
  8. Place haddock on a greased pan and brush with olive oil
  9. Bake haddock in the oven for 10 minutes
  10. Remove haddock from oven and spoon on topping
  11. Sprinkle with french onions
  12. Broil on low setting for roughly 8 minutes
  13. Fish should flake easily when fully cooked
