Steps

  1. In a small saute pan over medium heat saute pepper and onion in 1 tsp olive oil until onion is translucent and pepper is softened
  2. Brush each cut side of the rolls with garlic olive oil and lightly salt and pepper
  3. Assemble sandwiches using prosciutto
  4. Cheese
  5. Arugula
  6. And sauteed vegetables
  7. Lightly brush outside of assembled sandwiches with remaining olive oil
  8. Cook until done
  9. About 4-8 minutes
