this is a hearty, filling soup that originally comes from latin america. it is quick and easy to make and healthy, too. i hope you enjoy it!

  1. Heat the oil in a pot
  2. Sautee onion
  3. Garlic and bell peppers until tender
  4. Add tomato puree and beans
  5. Season to taste
  6. Bring to a boil and let cook for about 15 minutes
  7. Everything should be cooked through and nicely warmed
  8. Serve with a nice bread on the side
