  1. In a medium saucepan
  2. Cover carrots with 1 inch of water & bring to a simmer for 10-12 minutes
  3. Until carrots are tender
  4. Drain water from pan & toss carrots with remaining ingredients
  5. Over low heat
  6. Stir carrots until sauce is heated through & serve
