Steps

  1. Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl
  2. Add ketchup
  3. Mustard
  4. Worcestershire sauce
  5. And black pepper
  6. Mix well
  7. Stir in oats
  8. Green pepper and onion
  9. Crumble ground beef into bowl
  10. Wash your hands thoroughly
  11. Then plunge them right inches
  12. "once youve got it mixed really well
  13. Pat it into a 10-inch non-stick skillet"
  14. Cover the skillet
  15. And cook over medium heat for 8 minutes
  16. Turn the heat down to low
  17. And continue to cook
  18. Covered
  19. For 15 to 20 minutes
  20. Meatloaf is done when no longer pink inside
  21. Juices run clear
  22. And a meat thermometer inserted into the center reads 160 degrees fahrenheit
