begian endive walnut salad


belgian endive makes a delightful, different salad and i love this recipe.

  1. Cut off the bottom of the endive and separate the leaves
  2. Wash and spin dry
  3. Whisk together the oil
  4. Vinegar
  5. Marmalade and onion
  6. Season with salt& pepper
  7. Just before serving place endive leaves and walnuts in a salad bowl
  8. Pour over the dressing and toss
  9. Serve immediately
