  1. Blend first 10 ingredients
  2. And pour into a small bowl
  3. Place in the center of a large serving plate
  4. And surround with arrangements of crisp fresh carrot sticks
  5. Celery sticks
  6. Zucchini
  7. And broccoli
  8. Garnish with parsley or sprigs of watercress
  9. If desired
