  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees f
  2. Cut beets into fourths
  3. In an ovenproof 3-quart saucepan
  4. Place beets
  5. Oil & broth
  6. Cover & bake 30 to 45 minutes
  7. Stirring occasionally
  8. Until beets are tender
  9. Then remove from oven
  10. Stir in orange zest
  11. Orange juice & brown sugar
  12. Cook over medium-high heat 5 to 8 minutes
  13. Stirring frequently
  14. Until sauce is reduced & beets are coated with glaze
  15. Stir in parsley & ginger & serve
