  1. Steam or boil beetroot until tender
  2. Rub skin gently to peel
  3. Then cut into small dice size pieces
  4. Place in large bowl and add onion and fresh herbs
  5. In a separate bowl
  6. Combine oils and lemon juice and season
  7. Toss beetroot and walnuts in the dressing
  8. Sprinkle with rosewater just before serving
