i made this recipe up after having several salads like this in san francisco. this is a real simple, healthy, colorful salad.

  1. Open cans of beets and place them in a bowl
  2. Add oil
  3. Vinegar
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper to taste
  6. Add cumpled blue cheese on top
  7. Refridgerate for 1 hour before serving

cacik tzatziki cousin
