Steps

  1. Boil potatoes in medium-size saucepan until just tender
  2. Peel and slice
  3. Fry bacon until crisp
  4. Break into small pieces and mix with onion
  5. Celery and salt
  6. Set aside
  7. Stir melted butter and flour in a small saucepan until blended
  8. Add mustard and sugar
  9. Slowly stir in beer and tabasco sauce
  10. Bring to boil
  11. Stirring constantly
  12. When it reaches a boil
  13. Remove from the heat and pour over potatoes
  14. Sprinkle with parsley
  15. Toss lightly and let stand one hour
  16. Add bacon mixture
  17. Toss gently and serve
