flavorful, moist and delicious! those are the results you'll get with brining—give it a try. i found this recipe at betty crocker site. you can cook this in the oven as the directions state or cook it on the grill. could even cook it using the beer-can chicken method on the grill or the oven, for even moister chicken.
i have made complicated marinades in the past but shrimp are so delicious they need nothing more than this treatment. subtle flavors and the shrimp stay juicy. alter as needed for the amount of shrimp you have.

a delicious, quickie sauce for when you want the bbq flavor without all the fuss. this works well with any kind of meat, hot or cold. you can replace the brown sugar with 12 packets of sweetner if you prefer. just don't leave out the coffee. try it.
