Steps

  1. Butterfly the cleaned shrimp so that they will look larger: hold them so that the underside is up
  2. Slice down its length
  3. Almost to the vein
  4. To form the hinge
  5. Spread and flatten to form the butterfly shape
  6. Make a batter by mixing together the flour
  7. Beer
  8. Egg
  9. Sugar
  10. And salt
  11. Use a deep fryer and heat a few inches of peanut oil to 375f
  12. Dip the shrimp into the batter and fry until golden brown
  13. Drain on paper towels
  14. Serve hot
