these are delicious served as a main dish. a vegetable and dinner is done.

  1. Combine egg
  2. Bread crumbs
  3. Catsup
  4. Worcestershire sauce
  5. Chili powder
  6. Salt and meat in a bowl
  7. Mix well and shape into 1 inch meatballs
  8. Cook 1 / 2 the meatballs at a time in hot cooking oil until brown on all sides
  9. Remove meatballs from pan
  10. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the drippings
  11. Add onions to the drippings
  12. Stir-fry over medium-high heat until tender
  13. Stir in flour
  14. Salt and pepper to taste
  15. Stir in beer
  16. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly
  17. Return meatballs to pan
  18. Cover and simmer 10 minutes
  19. Serve over noodles
