barbecued pork tenderloins

  1. Place tenderloins in shallow noncorrosive pan
  2. Add orange juice
  3. Soy sauce
  4. Honey
  5. Garlic
  6. Rosemary
  7. And a generous grinding of pepper
  8. Turn tenderloins over several times to mix marinade
  9. Refrigerate coverede
  10. Turning meat once or twice
  11. At least 2 hours
  12. Start charcoal or gas grill for grilling
  13. When coals are very hot and covered with gray ash
  14. Or gas grill is preheated
  15. Brush grill rack with oil and place tenderloins on grill
  16. Sprinkle lightly with salt
  17. Grill
  18. Turning once
  19. Until brown and crusty on outside but still juicy inside
  20. 20-25 minutes
  21. Let stand 10 minutes on serving platter fefore slicing
  22. Slice diagonally 1 / 2-inch thick
  23. Serve at once
  24. Broil 6 inches from heat
  25. Turning once
  26. About 20 minutes
