  1. In a large bowl
  2. Mix together peanut butter
  3. Mashed bananas
  4. Honey
  5. Golden syrup and vanilla extract / essence
  6. In a medium bowl
  7. Whisk together oats
  8. Flour
  9. Dry milk
  10. Cinnamon and baking soda
  11. Stir dry ingredients into the wet until combined
  12. Fold in cranberries
  13. Drop a spoonful of batter on a greased baking sheet and flatten slightly with the back of a wet spoon
  14. Bake in a preheated oven of 180 deg c until lightly golden
  15. About 12-14 minutes
  16. Remove and let sit on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes
  17. Then carefully move to wire racks to cool completely
