  1. Stir water
  2. Yeast and sugar in a small jug until combined
  3. Stand in a warm place for around 5 minutes or until a frothy layer forms on the surface
  4. Sift flour
  5. Semolina and salt into a large bowl
  6. Add yeast mixture and oil
  7. Stir to combine
  8. Use your hands to bring dough together
  9. Knead on a lightly floured surface for around 10 minutes or until smooth
  10. Place into a large oiled bowl
  11. Cover and set aside in a warm place for around an hour
  12. Or until has doubled in size
  13. Knock down with your fist and use as desired
