our favorite potato salad


i created this from a few different recipes. i have been working on a good potato salad recipe for awhile & i think i finally found it. we love this and hope you enjoy it also.

  • Carbohydrates: 149.2

  1. Peel and wash potatoes
  2. Cut into small cubes and boil for approximately 10 minutes
  3. "dont let them get too soft"
  4. Drain them
  5. In a large bowl add potatoes& italian salad dressing
  6. Let it sit for about 15 minute
  7. This lets the dressing mingle with the potatoes !
  8. Add the diced celery
  9. Onion
  10. Eggs
  11. S&p
  12. And mayo
  13. Mix it up good
  14. Put in your favorite serving dish and layer the top with the sliced hard boiled egg
  15. Some parsley& some pakrika
  16. Chill before serving
