i created this from a few different recipes. i have been working on a good potato salad recipe for awhile & i think i finally found it. we love this and hope you enjoy it also.
an old friend of mine made this for me and i was impressed and kept the "recipe" all these years but there are no amounts (measurments) given so i will see if zaar will let me add it. if i have to put ingredient amounts, just keep in mind that i guessed.
these are not the ordinary cinnamon roll. these sweet rolls have a delicious blending of flavors and are filled with apricots, raisins and cashews. a wonderful weekend breakfast treat. recipe was developed for rsc-winter 2005.
this is a really good comfort meal for busy nights. it takes 60 minutes to be done completely, but a lot of that time is passively spent just waiting around for it to be baked in the oven! (suggestion: have a nice glass of red wine while you're waiting!)
