  1. Saute meat
  2. Onion
  3. And garlic salt with a small amount of salt
  4. Drain
  5. Add spaghetti sauce
  6. Bring to boil
  7. Reduce heat and simmer while assembling cheese mixture
  8. In a large bowl combine ricotta
  9. Romano
  10. Eggs
  11. Mix well
  12. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish lightly with nonstick spray
  13. Spread about 1 cup of meat / sauce mixture in the bottom of dish
  14. Top with 3 or 4 strips uncooked lasagna noodles- however many will fit in a single layer
  15. Cover with 1 / 3 the meat / sauce mixture then 1 / 3 the cheese / egg mixture
  16. Then 1 / 3 the shredded mozzarella
  17. Repeat layers of uncooked noodles
  18. Meat / sauce
  19. Cheese / egg mixtures and mozzarella
  20. Ending with the 3rd layer of mozzarella on top
  21. Sprinkle with chopped parsley
  22. Cover tightly
  23. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
  24. Let stand covered 15 minutes before serving
