our favorite meatloaf


i never liked meatloaf (bland, yuk, i don't know...) but... ran across this recipe shortly after we were married & while i'd say it passes, my family loves it, and it has been on the menu regularly for 30 years.

  1. Combine all
  2. Mix well
  3. Shape in loaf & place in baking dish
  4. Bake at 350 f for 35 - 40 minutes
