Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350f
  2. Butter and flour an 18 cm cake tin
  3. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water
  4. Mix well
  5. And allow to cool slightly
  6. Blend flour
  7. Sugar and salt well
  8. Add the cooled chocolate mixture to the flour
  9. Fully incorporating
  10. Whisk in the eggs and the yolk one at a time
  11. Beat for about a minute until thickened and smooth
  12. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted is moist with crumbs
