Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. On stovetop
  3. In heavy ovenproof dutch oven: heat oil
  4. Flour veal
  5. Brown on both sides
  6. Remove
  7. Add butter
  8. Add veggies and zests
  9. Stir til softened
  10. Add white wine
  11. Stir
  12. Add remaining ingredients
  13. Return veal to pot
  14. Cover and cook 1 1 / 2 hours
  15. Remove veal and keep warm
  16. Pour sauce into blender
  17. Puree
  18. Pour over veal and serve
  19. Top w / gremolata
  20. To make gremolata chop all ingreds together
  21. Serve w / risotto
