Steps

  1. Place chicken in gallon-size plastic bag with salad dressing
  2. Seal bag
  3. Squeezing out air
  4. And refrigerate 1 hour
  5. Turning bag occasionally
  6. While chicken is marinating
  7. In a medium bowl with a wire whisk
  8. Combine oil
  9. Dijon mustard
  10. Vinegar
  11. Salt and pepper
  12. In medium pot of boiling water
  13. Cook orzo 6-8 minutes
  14. Until tender
  15. Drain
  16. Add cooked orzo to oil mixture
  17. Mixing well to coat thoroughly
  18. Stir in tomato rosemary and oregano and set aside
  19. Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray
  20. Place over medium heat
  21. Add chicken mixture and cook
  22. Stirring occasionally
  23. For 5-8 minutes
  24. Until chicken is cooked through
  25. Add chicken mixture to orzo mixture
  26. Tossing well to coat thoroughly
  27. Refrigerate
  28. Covered
  29. Until well chilled
