this makes a lovely side dish to a bbq, from bon appetit

  1. Cook orzo according to package directions until al dente
  2. Drain and rinse under cold water drain well and put in a large bowl
  3. Whisk lemon juice
  4. Marjoram
  5. Mustard
  6. And lemon zest in a small bowl
  7. Whisk in olive oil
  8. Reserve 2 tbsp of dressing
  9. Add the rest to the orzo
  10. Mix in feta
  11. Scallions
  12. Olives
  13. Season with salt& pepper and let it stand for 1-2 hrs toss tomatoes with reserved dressing
  14. Stir into orzo
  15. Serve
