Steps

  1. Whisk vinegar
  2. Lemon juice
  3. And honey in small bowl
  4. Gradually whisk in oil until it emulsifies
  5. Season vinaigrette with salt and pepper
  6. Bring water and broth to boil in large heavy saucepan
  7. Stir in orzo
  8. Reduce heat to medium
  9. Cover partially
  10. And boil until tender but still firm to bite
  11. Stirring occasionally
  12. Drain
  13. Transfer to large wide bowl
  14. Tossing frequently until cool
  15. Mix tomatoes
  16. Feta
  17. Basil
  18. Olives
  19. And green onions into orzo
  20. Add vinaigrette
  21. Toss to coat
  22. Season with salt and pepper
  23. Add pine nuts right before serving
  24. Toss
  25. Garnish with fresh parsley
