Steps

  1. Prepare orzo according to package directions
  2. Drain and set aside
  3. Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray
  4. Heat skillet over medium-high heat until hot
  5. Add oil
  6. Tilting skillet to coat bottom
  7. Add bell pepper and garlic
  8. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until bell pepper is crisp-tender
  9. Add orzo and spinach
  10. Stir until well mixed and heated through
  11. Remove from heat
  12. Stir in parmesan cheese
  13. Oregano
  14. If desired
  15. And lemon pepper
  16. Garnish as desired
