  1. Spread pine nuts in a shallow pan
  2. Bake at 350 for 5-10 minutes or until nuts are lightly toasted
  3. Stirring occasionally
  4. Set aside
  5. Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat
  6. Add in garlic
  7. Stir / saute 1 minute
  8. Add in water
  9. Orzo
  10. And salt
  11. Bring to a boil
  12. Decrease heat to med-low
  13. Cook 13 minutes or until liquid is absorbed
  14. Stir in spinach
  15. Parmesan cheese
  16. And toasted pine nuts
  17. Season to taste and serve
