  7. And garlic
  8. Saute until softened
  9. 3 to 4 minutes
  10. Stir in the spinach
  11. Half the broth
  12. And the vinegar
  13. Cook
  14. Stirring frequently
  15. Until the liquid evaporates
  16. 2 to 3 minutes longer
  17. Stir in the orzo
  18. Cheese
  19. The remaining broth
  20. And the pepper
