  1. Bring medium pot of salted water to boil
  2. Add leeks and cook 10 minutes or until tender
  3. Drain and puree in blender with lemon juice
  4. Parsley and oil
  5. Set aside
  6. Cook pasta according to package directions
  7. Ass asparagus to pasta water during the last 2 minutes of cooking
  8. Drain pasta and asparagus and transfer to large bowl
  9. Top with leek sauce and cheese
  10. Season with salt and pepper and serve
