  2. Bring the chicken stock to a rolling boil over moderate heat
  3. Add the orzo and cook
  4. Stirring often to prevent sticking until most of the broh is absorbed and the orzo is tender an creamy
  5. About 10 minutes
  6. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the oil
  7. Then the lemon juice and herbs
  8. Season with salt and pepper
  9. Serve
  10. Or tranfser to a baking dish and keep warm in a 350f oven for up to 20 minutes
