  1. Combine water and broth in a dutch oven
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Add chicken and pasta
  4. Bring to a boil
  5. Reduce heat
  6. Simmer 12 minutes
  7. Stirring occasionally
  8. Remove from heat
  9. Stir in peas
  10. 1 / 4 cup cheese
  11. Salt
  12. Herbs
  13. And pepper
  14. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon cheese

this is a really yummy vegetarian dinner option. even my non-vegetarian husband said it was great. don't neglect to freeze/thaw/press the tofu as this will give the tofu a better, chewier texture. for additional flavor you can marinate the tofu in a bit o broccoli and tofu with spicy peanut sauce
