  1. In a large heavy saucepan
  2. Bring broth to a boil
  3. Add orzo and cook until broth has been absorbed

  10. About 4 minutes
  11. Remove from heat
  12. Add garlic and nutmeg
  13. Pour over orzo
  14. Add parsley and toss to combine
  15. Season with salt and pepper to taste
