  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Prepare pasta according to package directions
  3. Drain and set aside
  4. Heat oil in medium saucepan
  5. Add garlic
  6. Onion and celery
  7. Cover and cook until vegetables are soft
  8. Remove from heat
  9. Stir in pasta
  10. Thyme parsley
  11. Parmesan cheese
  12. 1 / 2 cup of the chicken broth
  13. And half of the provolone cheese
  14. Cut tops off the peppers and remove seeds
  15. Cut a small piece off the bottoms so peppers will stand upright
  16. Spoon the pasta mixture into each pepper and set in baking dish
  17. Sprinkle each pepper with 1 / 2 teaspoon bread crumbs
  18. Sprinkle the remaining half of the provolone on top of the peppers
  19. Pour the remaining 1 1 / 2 cups of broth around peppers
  20. Bake 45 minutes until lightly browned on top and tender
  21. Serve immediately
