  1. Prepare orzo according to pkg directions
  2. Drain
  3. If using large shrimp
  4. Slice them in half lengthwise so there are 2 equal halves
  5. Combine all salad ingredients
  6. Combine dressing ingredients
  7. Whisking thoroughly
  8. Adjust to your taste and combine with salad ingredients
  9. Chill several hours
  10. Stirring occasionally
