  1. Combine the first 10 ingredients in a large saucepan
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Reduce heat
  4. Simmer 10 minutes
  5. Stir in mushrooms
  6. Edamame
  7. And bell pepper
  8. Cook 1 minute
  9. Place mushroom mixture in a large bowl
  10. Cool to room temperature
  11. Discard bay leaf
  12. Add pasta
  13. And toss to combine
  14. Cover and refrigerate overnight
