  1. Fill a 4 qt pot three-fourths full with salted water and bring to boil for orzo
  2. In a small heavy skillet
  3. Heat 1 / 2 tbs olive oil over moderate heat until hot but not smoking and saute pine nuts
  4. Stirring frequently until golden
  5. About 2 minutes
  6. Transfer nuts to paper towel to drain and cool
  7. In a large bowl
  8. Whisk together garlic
  9. Parsley
  10. Vinegar
  11. Salt and pepper
  12. Drizzle in remaining tbs olive oil
  13. Whisking all the while
  14. Add tomatoes and feta to the dressing
  15. Tossing to combine
  16. Cook orzo in boiling water until al dente
  17. Drain and rinse until just warm
  18. Then drain completely
  19. Toss orzo and pine nuts with dressing
  20. Coating thoroughly
  21. Then serve
