  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente
  2. Drain
  3. Toss with 1 / 2 teaspoon olive oil
  4. Set aside
  5. Heat remaining 3 tablespoons olive oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot
  6. Add garlic
  7. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until golden
  8. Add shrimp
  9. Cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp are opaque
  10. Stir in pasta
  11. Tomatoes
  12. Cilantro
  13. Parsley and lemon juice continue to cook until all is heated through
  14. Sprinkle with feta cheese
  15. Season to taste and serve
