  1. In large skillet saute all vegetables with olive oil until tender slightly golden
  2. Add garlic saute for one more minute
  3. Reserve
  4. Bring chicken broth to a boil
  5. Add orzo pasta
  6. Cook for approximately 6 minutes or until al dente
  7. Drain pasta and add to the sauted vegetables
  8. Mix in cheese
  9. 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  10. Lemon juice and zests
  11. Salt
  12. Pepper and herbes de provence and finally mix in reserved pasta water
  13. This will loosen the pasta and make it rich and creamy
  14. Serve cold or hot both ways are delicious
